Enrico Cipolletta and Angela Silla were general manager and sales & marketing manager of large luxury hotels until they opted for the simple and genuine pleasure of changing their lives, by switching to the rhythms of the Tuscan countryside. Today their new life is Locanda la Pieve, near Saturnia SPA, in Semproniano, Maremma to be precise.
They bought this place deep in lite heart of nature and transformed it into an eight-room treasure, with a cosy yet sophisticated atmosphere.

Traditional cuisine has always been, and always will be, one of the Locanda’s strengths. The atmosphere of a family meal blends with old-world ambience at the table as you feast on fresh pasta, game, cheeses, honey and sweets from the Maremma.
